USA:       $6.41 first item, $1.50 per additional item   ($10.71 maximum, USA)
Canada:  $2-$5 higher than USA (approximately)
Europe:  $15 first item, $5-$6 per additional item (approximately)
Japan, HK, Singapore: $20 first item, $7-$9 per add'l item (approximately)

Shipping is actually proportional to the "dollars", not the weight, so the above figures are approximate.
Each year, we only "break-even" on shipping, we do NOT profit from it.
